Registrations

Authors are invited to create their online accounts and register for the abstracts & full papers submissions and registrations fees payments.

Depending on the author category and payment timing, the following fees apply:

• Reduced registration (early): 450€ by January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

• PhD students reduced registration (early): 350€ by January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

• Full registration (late): 500€ beyond January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

• PhD students full registration (late): 400€ beyond January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

• Accompanying persons: 150€ by January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

• Accompanying persons: 200€ beyond January 31, 2018  February 26, 2018

Full/reduced and PhD students early/late registrations include, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, banquet dinner, proceedings and visits. PhD Students should scan and send by email their PhD students IDs to benefit from their category fees.

Accompanying persons fees include the welcome reception, banquet dinner and visits.

Notes:

• Received registrations fees cannot be refunded and name substitution acceptable.
  
• One registration allows only one submission (abstract, paper) and one Oral or Poster presentation.
